Tucked away in a quiet hamlet, it features a private swimming pool that doubles as a sauna and bubble bath, a living room with a bar, and a games area with billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts, ideal for fun-filled evenings with family and friends.

A stylish glass door opens onto a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. Free WiFi and on-site parking are included. For equestrian guests, a fenced meadow with water is available for rent just across the house.

The location is ideal for hiking and nature walks, with the High Fens reserve and the lakes of Robertville and Bütgenbach nearby. Liège Airport is 93 km away, reachable in just over an hour by car. Whether you're relaxing poolside or exploring the Ardennes, this mansion offers space, comfort, and unforgettable memories.
