The room was not properly cleaned, and the hair conditioner in the bathroom amenities was completely empty. I also requested additional towels from the staff, but they were never delivered. In addition, there was an irritating noise in the room that prevented me from getting proper sleep. On the last night, I did not stay at the hotel. Instead, I stayed at a friend’s house and only returned to collect my belongings and check out, because I simply needed to get some proper rest. I sent an email to the manager regarding these issues, but I have not received any reresponse.
