They upgraded me to a room with a lovely view. Very dog friendly with pet relief areas. Room was very clean and I felt safe. I had some issues with the lighting in the room. Though updated, there were some minor repairs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed in condition of room

We’ve stayed at The Loyal Duke many times in past years and this year. This stay brought a little disappointment as our room wasn’t as clean as before. Upon unloading our car I noticed what appeared to be dog hair all over the floor and on the couch. The floor didn’t appear to have been cleaned. The Duvet cover had a huge rip in the center and the fitted sheet had stains. The baseboards needed a good wipe down and behind the TV and microwave needed to be cleaned. The king bed was pretty broke down and should probably be replaced. I went to the desk and asked for a dust mop or broom. The office staff offered us another room but we had already unloaded. I said I would just sweep the floor and call it good. He gave me a broom and I swept the floor and we stayed in the room. In the past our rooms were always extremely clean. We had just stayed two weeks prior and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Ski trip

Ski trip with our family. We stayed in the family two room suite. Plenty of room and two bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. We wish there was more lighting in the rooms. We look forward to staying again.

Fun motel

Comfortable room, good size space and nice showers. Breakfast and coffee avajlable in the office. Pool area can get a bit noisy but quiets down after hours.

Peeled back the sheets to climb into bed and found blood in the sheets. Loyal duke couldn’t help but they did provide new sheets that I had to change
