Cozy and affordable! This one bedroom, bi-level cabin is located in the charming hamlet of Garfield, Colorado. With a newly remodeled kitchen, this ideal mountain cabin is perfect for summer, winter and all year long relaxation and outdoor fun. Skiing and riding at Monarch Mountain's all natural snow is just minutes away, as is, the Monarch Crest Trail for world class mountain biking.

•There is cozy parking for 2 vehicles in tandem. There is no room for trailers or RV's/Campers.
•There are steps up to the property
•You are not allowed to park on CR 227 at anytime.
•For guest safety, the property has exterior-only security cameras monitoring the driveway and entryways.
•There are no cameras in any private or interior spaces
•This home does not have air conditioning
•During winter months this Mountain Home is better accessed with a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
•This home is located near Highway 50. There may be highway noise at times.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

AMAZING!

This was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to escape the Oklahoma heat. The house is a great size for a couple and it was so clean and beautifully decorated. It had the most homey feeling which we loved! You are also near so many great spots to explore! The hosts were great at reaching out and making sure all our needs were met. Loved every minute of it

Everything was great the only regret I have is not booking it for longer, it’s cozy and full of snow, went tubing in the monarch mountain and went to one of the hot springs , so much relaxation I didn’t want it to end. So happy overall thanks from my family and me.

Nicely decorated and updated. Cannot possibly get any more than 3 people to stay there, not that it was ever communicated that you could. Even the living space cannot accompany more than 3 people - fairly tight quarters but very well done!

Cozy Cabin

This little cabin is so cute! We had a great stay. Please note they are SERIOUS about having parking for only one car. There's really nowhere close to park a second vehicle. The kitchen in this little cabin is equipped with sharp knives and all the necessities to cook with. The neighbor, Robert, who lives there full time was very nice/welcoming and told us about a few spots in town for live music. I would stay here again.
