I arrived at 12pm for a 2pm check in, they told me the room would be available at 2pm when check in begins.
At 1:45pm I return and approach the receptionist to ask if my room was available. The blonde receptionist girl ask the other guy next to her if room was available to which he immediately replied that they were still being cleaned. I sat and waited until 2pm and went back to ask if the room was now ready, the girl said that they weren’t ready yet and that they’d call me when it was available. I asked again at 2:30pm and I was told by the man that the room was still not ready. Finally around 3:15pm I saw another dark haired girl arrived behind the counter so I get up and go ask if my room was ready as I was exhausted from waiting for an extended amount of time. She looks and asks me if I was already checked in by her colleagues to which I replied no. She looks at the other two and asks for my passport and tells me to fill out paperwork. Immediately she hands me my keys and apologizes for the inconvenience. The other two would’ve had me sitting there waiting for my hotel too until midnight, it’s so upsetting when you get employees who don’t care for their guests.
