El Fierro has been our hotel of choice each year since our (8 year old) twins were born. The staff are a consistent, conscientious and very helpful team who make our stay so enjoyable, especially after such a long journey from the UK.

Beautiful boutique hotel in quiet Palermo district in Buenos Aires. The rooms are quite large, clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfy and the room was very quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the garden terrace and the roof top pool to relax after a busy day of touring. The staff were very helpful in providing advise and any request was met with a smile. A must stay when visiting Buenos Aires.

Fantastic hotel! We had a huge terrace with a hot tub. Staff was wonderful. Provided a welcome bottle of wine and lots to offer in the honor bar. We arrived early and they stored our bags. offered snacks and allows us to float in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we return to BA.

We had such an amazing honeymoon at Fierro! They provided us prompt and individualized service. We also received a free bottle of wine, cheese tasting, and tapas with cocktail coupon. The pool was quaint but perfect for us Chicago travelers to escape our winter weather in paradise. We had the terrace suite and also enjoyed the hot tub with lounge chairs on our terrace. The daily breakfast was wonderful and our server remembered us every day and knew our drinks without us having to order. Honestly we are so sad to have left because we easily could’ve lived at Fierro if possible!

Lovely hotel, fantastic customer service and good location in Palermo. If I was being ultra picky, the hotel is missing a few high level touches to make it truly 5★ but a great stay and would definitely return if visiting BA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two stays at Hotel Fierro. From the moment we arrived at the property, we were impressed by the level of service and care we received from the hotel’s staff. Our room was immaculately clean, well-appointed and spacious. The complimentary filtered water and the power strips made to accommodate multiple types of connectors were indicative of the level of thoughtfulness in designing a friendly and welcome space for international travelers. We enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurant and quickly became acquainted with the warmly attentive and helpful restaurant staff. After we checked out following our first two nights, the hotel was able to store our luggage for a couple of nights until we returned from a 2 night out of town excursion. Not only that, because our pick up was so early in the morning, they arranged for us to have breakfast delivered to our room at 4:30 AM. Upon our return, hotel reception was prepared for us and quickly found us an available room. We highly recommend Hotel Fierro for your stay in Buenos Aires.

Lovely leafy area in Palermo Hollywood, very safe, walkable. Staff spoke English well and were VERY responsive and helpful. Hotel breakfast was awesome as was happy hour. Large comfortable room with well-stocked wine cooler and mini bars. Some renos were going on which caused some odors, but those were temporary. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice. The manager Roberto was very nice and tried to accomodate our needs, he was extremely professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff was also very kind.

Wonderful Hotel

We found the desk clerks to be quite knowledgeable about what was open and when during the holidays. They cheerfully answered all of our questions and gave us very helpful recommendations. Our room was well laid out . There was a sofa along with a table and chairs. The room also had a wine fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. We had a bit of trouble working the tv but that was probably user malfunction. The one complaint about the room is that the shower is rather small. There is a pool area on the roof. The pool is not deep enough to do more that walk around but there are jacuzzi jets around the sides. When have you ever heard of a hotel breakfast lasting until 3:30 pm? Well, it does at the Fierro. You can choose to eat inside or outside in the lush tropical garden. Once you have sat down the cheerful servers bring you yoghurt. Honestly, it is the best yoghurt we have ever had. We are trying to figure out how to replicate it at home. Then comes the fresh croissants and breads along with jams and of course dulce de leche. Delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice is perfection. Eggs and pancakes are made to order. It is the perfect start to the day. There is a reason the Fierro is the number 1 hotel in Buenos Aires, they are, quite simply, the best. This is THE place to stay in Buenos Aires.
