The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood! This spacious and recycled 110 m2 apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in one of the most vibrant areas of Buenos Aires.
It has two bedrooms, each equipped with single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. In addition, there is a separate living room with two sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
For your comfort, all rooms have air conditioning and there is a laundry room incorporated in the apartment. There is also a patio where you can relax and enjoy after a beautiful visit to the city. In addition, we offer high-speed internet access so you can stay connected during your stay.
Please note that the apartment is accessed by stairs.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
The Neighborhood:
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.
Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
