The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 additional sofa beds for greater comfort. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay. You will also find air conditioning in all rooms to ensure a cool and comfortable stay.

If you want to enjoy the outdoors, our terrace has a pool and grill so you can relax and enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends and family. And if you need to be connected, don't worry, our internet connection is high speed.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
