El departamento estaba muy espacioso, limpio, y la comunicación fue muy buena. Nuestro check-in fue fuera del horario de la recepción y nos dejaron las instrucciones para poder entrar. La zona nos gustó muchísimo!

Friendly staff

Helpful and friendly staff, I was able to check in early. Brilliant prime location in Recoleta. Room was comfortable, I had both a radiator and air conditioning. The kitchen amenities were brilliant, fridge, mini electric oven, kettle and mini stove. Only issue was the layout of the bathroom, it is very small and the shower is on top of the toilet so everything gets wet and there's barely any room.

Rundown place with nice staff

This hotel is quite old and rundown, not well represented by the photos. And the wall between my room and the next, was paper thin. I had an especially crazy neighbor, and I could hear her talking to herself, as well as every note from her music. The saving grace of this place was the nice staff. The receptionists and security guards are very friendly and helpful, and the maids do their best. The location is convenient. There is a good restaurant down the street that delivers to the rooms.

I liked that it is a small building in a local community. I had a small apartment, so there were features I did not use or need. A hotel room format would be best for short term tourist. An better effort could be put into the many tours and options for tourist activities. It is difficult to always ask the correct question to get information. Staff could be a little more forthcoming with suggestions and provide appropriate brochures.

Great value and feel like a local!

This was a very economical place to stay and in a lovely area of the city, you really felt like a local! The aprt, though pretty basic, has lot so of room and character - I decided on it versus all the modern hotels and the staff were wonderful, I highly recommend it for a work stay, no frills, but great value and quiet!

Good budget accommodation with fantastic location. What should be improved are little details such as providing more towels and changing them regularly. I stayed for a week and had to beg the cleaning lady to change the towels by leaving her notes on top of the bed. I also found the bed sheets old and of very poor quality. Also, they were not changed regularly - especially as I stayed for a week - and despite one request asking them to do so (I left a note on top of the bed). Nights are hot so sheets should be changed every two or three days at the very least. Apart from that, the hotel is fine and, as a I said, the location fantastic. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and pleasant.

Nice larger apts., single rooms not so much

The problem with this hotel is that the pictures are not representative of the entire property. Yes, they seem to have nice apartments and the pictures reflect that. But if you book a single "economical" room (studio), this is not the case. The single room is small (which is ok), but it has no air con and the fan is not adequate for temperatures that literally reach 80-90 degrees F. Also, the shower consists of a pipe over the toilet in a tiny bathroom, not the shower/tub combo in the description. Lastly, the wifi does not work in these single rooms, which was a huge negative. The folks who work at the reception are really nice and helpful as can be. They issued a refund for the last day when the wifi didn't work and I booked another room for that night, but oddly, the manager told the assistant to do that rather than give me a regular room in the hotel given the per night price differential, even though they had like 6 to 8 rooms open. Bottom line---if you are going to book an apartment or larger room this place should be ok and it is in a great location. But I would recommend staying away from the single "economical" rooms.

Huge room, great location!

Thanks to the front desk personal, very friendly. I chose the Superior room and was only $10 more but was amazing, huge living room, kitchen, bedroom and huge balcony. The hotel needs light maintenance and more attention to detail, the towels where not at the room for example. But overall was a good place to stay in BA
