This was our second stay at Sergio's place in Buenos Aires. We absolutely love the place. It is well furnished, in a great location and has a world class view. Sergio is warm and welcoming. We love Julio, the doorman and all-around great guy, too. The location is terrific with shops and restaurants all around. Transportation is easy from this area. We give it our highest recommendation and can't wait to return.

Gem in Trendy Palermo

We had an amazing and memorable stay!! Sergio was so nice and accommodating!! His apartment is in a great location with many cafés, pastry shops, and restaurants and close to food markets and convenience stores. The neighborhood has a chill, laid back vibe. We loved coming back from exploring the city to the apartment's super comfy beds and waking up to the open skies and pretty view from the balconies! We HIGHLY recommend staying here!!! Chic penthouse stay in Palermo

My 20 year old son and I stayed in Sergios penthouse for four nights in early October 2024 and it was lovely. Our host Sergio was extremely responsive to any questions we had and the condo was equipped with everything you need. The bedding was comfortable and while it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the root top pool or terrace tub, the views from both places were outstanding! The place is centrally located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and during the weekends, the outdoor markets are packed with so many vendors. It's lively and friendly. And getting around from each area in BA is super reasonable. We used an app called cabify. I would highly recommend seeing a Tango show would not hesitate to rebook this penthouse if we return in the future.

Excellent , Top Shelf Property hosted by a Lovely Xouple

Sergio and Silvana were very gracious and welcoming hosts who were very responsive to the few minor issues that bubbled up during my stay- such as problems with the Internet and an associated issue with one of the 2 televisions in the apartment. The matters were quickly addressed and remedied. Furthermore, Sergio was very helpful in connecting us to a cleaning service whom we used once a week for a nominal cost. He also connected me to cambio guy who helped us exchange currency. This apartment is well laid out in a terrific neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and cafes, markets, etc. water pressure in the apartment was fine, and the bed was quite comfortable not to mention the fantastic views afforded. So if you’re planning a trip to this wonderful city I can highly recommend you consider a stay at this wonderful property.

Live like a Local

This was a perfect spot for our first trip to Benos Aires. The view alone was worth the nightly rate, especially during an electrical storm. "Penthouse" is a bit of a stretch as there are 4 apartments on this level- and two floors above this. One floor available by elevator that has access to the washers and clothesline and then another available up a flight of stairs to the pool. There are many little stores to get groceries, fresh meat, ice cream, pastries and coffee. Ubers are reasonable and readily available. The tree lined streets are always alive with the school children, bicyclist's, dog walkers and neighbors-we felt very safe coming and going. The building is secure- no in or out without a key device. My only complaint was that the bedrooms should have luggage racks and the furniture in the kitchen and outside (not what is shown in the pics) was uncomfortable- I am 64 so comfort is key. :-) Also, there was no extra towels, no washcloths, and we did not know how often they would be replaced-we used the same ones for 4 days. We left some soaps and shampoos for others as none are provided. They do have "American" outlets for plugs. The host does provide a detailed folder of instructions-for the TV's, emergencies, and local restaurant choices among other things.

This was one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. The apt is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything is close at hand with lots of restaurants, shops and other amenities steps away. Transportation is also readily available. This apt. has one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. Mesmerizing! Also, Sergio is wonderfully helpful and supportive. A wonderful stay. We’d love to return.

The location has one of the best night life scenes in Buenos Aires. It is centrally located close to restaurants and bars. We are so glad we stayed here. Would totally recommend.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a prime location!

This apartment is located in a prime neighborhood with walking access to EVERYTHING. There is a great pizza place next door and a lovely cafe directly across the street. Within a very short walk, you will find multiple small food markets, a couple of larger markets, a terrific wine store and several great restaurants and bars. The building itself has only 5 floors, is modern in style, clean and very well-maintained. The apartment, as well, was clean, well-maintained and exactly as appeared in the photographs. There are few things that could be improved upon, but they are minor. The only "comfortable" seating on the main floor is a sofa. An additional comfortable club chair could be added. It would also be great to have some basic staples available (e.g. sugar, olive oil, basic spices, salt and pepper, bath products, etc.). There was some communication confusion about the check-in procedure, but it all worked out. The Super of the building let us in and was very friendly - though be advised he speaks no English - have some Espanol or your google translator handy if you are an English-speaker! If you are coming from the USA, what is listed as a pool is really a large bathtub and may not be your scene - wasn't an issue for us since it was not pool season in BA at the time of our stay. As I said, the above issues are really minor. We would definitely stay here again even if none of these items were addressed.

Excellent property in a cozy neighborhood. We had a party of 3 people and were very comfortable. Barely used the kitchen - so many great restaurants to walk to in this neighborhood. Sergio's place was a great stay. Perfect location for good restaurants and shopping. It was just a short Uber to Puerto Madero and other great restaurants. Apt had everything we needed and Sergio was quick to rely when we needed more towels. Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe and secure.

Great place! Just as described

Wonderful apartment. I loved that it's on 2 levels. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great neighborhood. There's tons of restaurants and stores around. There are two grocery stores within a 4 minute walk! Don't miss the bakery next door ("Asturias"), they have great empanadas for a quick bite as well as medialunas (croissants). I would come back here on a future trip.

Great Stay

Wonderful neighborhood filled with great restaurants and coffee houses. Nearby Palermo Soho has interesting shops and more bars but this neighborhood is a little quieter at night. Sergio was very responsive and the apartment has a spectacular view of the whole of the entire city. Would definitely return!

Great apartment in a great location

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for over one week. We had a great experience from the moment Julio helped us with our bags until we left for the airport. The building is in a great location. We hit up the pizza place below us numerous times. It is an easy walk to Plaza Serrano and the outdoor mall and taxis were driving by often as well. An unexpected perk were the dual outlets that allowed us to charge our devices without a converter. This was especially important given we only had one converter with us. There was plenty of space with two different terraces. The bathroom had a nice tub and shower and the powder room off the kitchen was also nice. Sergio was helpful and responsive to emails. We would be happy to stay here again.
