Good for the price

It was good for the price. Some sketchy characters were there. Late at night a guy down the hall was screaming about something for a while. At 4am when we left there was a suspicious character in the laundry room and I don’t believe he was supposed to be in the building. There were some dirty bottles left in our room from the previous owner. If this stuff doesn’t bother you it was fine. Price was great, Staff were really kind and helpful.

The hotel was clean. The staff was okay. There were 2 employees arguing between each other, but they were courteous to the customers. The area is a little congested. The hallways and lobby can use some updates. They did put a new restaurant and bar that is connected to the hotel. That was really good. Other than that, it isn't bad for a one night stay if you are passing through.

We were put in a room next to an exit to outside and the noise of the door frequently opening and closing was abrupt and disruptive. We heard it all night and couldn’t sleep. The floor/carpet was also very dirty, had not been vacuumed in awhile.

We always stay here the night before we fly out from Buffalo airport. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Parking is very reasonable for the trip. Very efficient staff.

We spoke with the front desk, RE Room 133 which they defined that they would not charge us for. We booked two rooms, one with two queens for my 16 year old son and a teammate who were on their way to a baseball tournament through Buffalo Aieport, and a king room for my wife and I. The rooms were not near each other, and room 133 had people knocking on the foor all night. They made several calls to the front desk, including one where the person in the hallway told someone else that they were going to go to the front desk to get a room key - which was a problem in that the kids were able to get replacement room keys without showing ID. The kids didn't sleep, and this was not ideal.
