I was expecting a nice breakfast on the rooftop! The breakfast consisted of a sloppily display of packaged muffins and pound cake in their original cardboard boxing, some toast. some cereal...that's about it. It looked like someone's very messy kitchen counter. This can be greatly improved..I quickly escaped back into the elevator and went somewhere else for breakfast.

The property appears dated. Location for nearness to the airport is great. Staff was courteous. Cleanliness could be better, specially the hallway carpet. Free coffee machine was there but it was empty at the time we went there.

Floors were sticky, we found blood in the room which was not ours and it took almost half an hour to get the shuttle to long term parking. We stayed here as we were flying out of buffalo airport early the next morning, but even for that short stay, we would not stay here again.

This place needs a glow up. Our duvet cover has a big stain. The bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a loud party in the room next to us. The AC was quite loud. I would have liked blackout curtains, because I’m very sensitive to light. The hallways were dirty and the carpet old. Not a great deal for the price. Would not stay again.
