Any problem we had was handled immediately and professionally . The best thing about the hotel is its location. I left the hotel at 430am. I dropped of my rental , went through TSA and grabbed a coffee, I was at my gate by 515am. Thats the beauty of this property. It's not fancy, the beds are sort of comfortable. If you dont want to a lot of money and you want a hotel that has a great location, this place is for you. Charlie the Butcher is only a mile away for a roast beef on weck.

Just barely ok, nothing was exceptional.

Airport shuttle was great. Room lighting and lamps were terrible. Bathroom had two conditioner dispensers and no shampoo. Had late night activities, maids in the hallways in the mornings were extremely noisy (letting room doors slam closed). I requested a late checkout at the front desk and still got a knock on the door the next morning. Weak courtesy coffee.
