Good value.

This is a decent house with plenty of room, and the price was terrific, so I am not disappointed. This particular block seemed fine, but if you venture off the beaten path much, it begins to feel a bit less safe. Overall a decent value. We very much enjoyed having coffee on the back porch in the morning, watching the squirrels play in the trees.
