The room was very clean, the staff friendly and polite, the hot Tub was not functioning at the time I stayed. I was informed of it as soon as I checked in. There were no other rooms available with a Working hot Tub for me to switch to. I was disappointed in that fact. But, I didn’t let that ruin a great weekend with friends. I wasn’t offered any kind discount or coupon, Just a “sorry about that.” Good time after all.

From the time we walked in and saw a dirty entry way and flickering light and strange smell we knew it was going to be a less then stellar stay. The pool was empty and looked like it had been for a long time with no repair happening to it. The vending machines were empty, the toilet easily clogged and they told me we couldn't have five in a room even though we booked five in the room. Don't believe the pictures of this place. It is a bait and switch. The only redeeming part was the breakfast. We left in the morning as fast as we could.

The main reason we stayed here was because of the pool. It was closed. I'd also accidentally booked two rooms and, totally my fault, wasn't able to get any sort of refund or discount or anything for the second unused room. I ended up paying a LOT of money for a two night stay with my already slightly ill-behaved kids with no pool that I'd promised them...whew. Brutal trip.
