Didn't have hot water our entire stay. Apparently our room was the only w/ this problem. Saturday morning I was told its just the amount of people staying there. Sunday when we checked out, I reported it happened again and crying kids all night. I was given a $30 credit. The hotel is good for convenience and the breakfast but that's about it. The elevators always had garbage on their floor. And the pool was so over crowded constantly we gave up on trying. Maybe just an unlucky weekend but they definitely could've done more. Even offering to move us to a different room would've shown an effort.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a quick weekend stay in Buffalo for a bowling tournament. The hotel itself is convienet for airport travelers as it sets directly across the street. The staff was friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. There is free breakfast which a good variety of choices. The pool water was not as warm as I expected considering the weather outside was near the 20s but the pool room in itself was very warm. I would say the beds are pretty comfortable but the pillows not so much. Also the toliet/shower area is smaller than I would have liked, it’s just big enough for the shower and toliet, with not a lot is space to move around. Overall the hotel area was quiet even with the airport right across the street.

Hotel is literally right across from the airport. Took four minutes to get there from the hotel has a pool fitness area. Very good breakfast would recommend staying. Here were very comfortable. Even the sofa bed grandson slept in.
