Great service as always. The young lady at reception on Christmas day was very polite and sweet. The gentleman also was very helpful with our room upgrade and went beyong our expectations. It was a Merry Christmas indeed!

Room size was generous. Staff very accommodating. The first room had no hot water and the staff gave me another room. The second room had no lighting in the bathroom and over the sink. Again the staff was very kind and upgraded me to the honeymoon suite. This room did have hot water and lighting. The general condition of the hotel is very neglected. The carpets were dirty and decor from the 1990’s. The king bed sagged in the middle and all pillows were hard. The hot tub had a slow leak, I did not use due to questionable safety. The furniture in the room was uncomfortable and very old and worn out. The next morning there was a problem with hot water and it was quickly resolved. Overall I would not advise anyone to stay here. There are so many other options in the area.

We came back for nostalgia, left disappointed. The front desk was not very welcoming. The room was clean, but for sure outdated. I had forgotten what room we were in when I went out for coffee and my key worked on every room tried. Be sure to lock your door! The fireplace didn’t work and you can tell there hasn’t been much investment in years!

Well it's disappointed cuz my husband and I stayed there a few times before I don't feel that the rooms are taken care of like they should be but just scratches on the old furniture that is very easy to fix cracks and holes in jacuzzi tub the faucet came off of trying to turn it she'll let the water down I'll burn mark in the sink on the counter per and no free breakfast so yeah I was disappointed and I probably won't go back

The room was incredibly dirty as if it wasn't even cleaned properly - there was dust, dead skin and other disgusting particles in the crevice between mattress and headboard. There was visible male body hairs on the washroom floor, orange soap residue on the sides of the shower, alcohol left in the mini fridge from previous guests, janky cupboards that would fall apart as soon as you pull them out, stains on the bed sheets, and no soundproofing whatsoever if you're looking for a restful nights' sleep, you likely won't get it here. You can hear your neighbours every movements in the shower and in the rooms, down to their conversations in detail. There is a huge gap in the door so people can definitely see if you are in your room (lights on or off), and the locks are so janky I had to lift the entire door just so the lock would get into the hole in place. Also mind you, we had 2 rooms booked right next to each other and they were DRASTICALLY different for something advertised as the exact same. One room had hardwood floors, the other had carpet. The fridges were different, the trash cans, and the TV would also turn OFF every 5-10mins like it would refresh on its own. I decided not to have housekeeping for my room, but we got it done for the other room. Tell me how they only made ONE of the beds and left the other one? AND they also left the TV on when we came back hours later...yes, this hotel may look nice on the outside and in certain areas of the lobby, but it's OUTDATED!

I experienced the worst checkin of my life. I travel for work and stay frequently at hotels. My flight was delayed and I had to spend the night at the airport. When i finally arrived a day later I was told my reservation was canceled and I was charge for my 3 night stay. The manager refused to check me in for the remaining two nights of my booked stay. This was a complete surprise that I would be charged for 3 nights stay and not be able to check in for the last two nights of my stay. The hotel manager was not understanding about my flight being canceled due to weather. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was no wifi the tv kept going out. We kept getting locked out our room and having the key reset every day. The bed was squeaky when you got up, the toilet was super loud. This was not a good experience.
