An easy five minute drive to the airport, but no Airport noise. Everyone was very nice, I enjoyed the stay. But there’s no restaurant or pool. The decor is so Salvatore. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

SHOULD AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the very friendly front desk staff. This hotel should be REMOVED from the Hotels.com website altogether. If it is not removed, Hotels.com should REVISE its 7.8 "Good" rating as there is no reasonable basis for giving this rating, if you read the reviews people are leaving. I made the mistake of NOT reading the reviews and relying solely on the 7.8 Good Hotels.com rating. Our room had both pink and black mold on the walls and surrounding the jacuzzi/hot tub. There were stains on the carpet, broken furniture and outlets that did not have covers, creating a fire hazard. We arrived at 9 pm- no food options, bar was closed, if it ever is open at all. The air in the room was pungent and stale. There were dental floss items on the floor left by a prior guest as seen in my photos so the rooms were not cleaned. This the most awful, disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. It should be shut down by the city/county/state health department as it is not sanitary as the air quality, mold and uncleanliness are health hazards. Stay away. Even though I don't live in New York, I will gladly join efforts to get this place condemned and shut down. If we had arrived earlier in the day, we would have gone to another hotel, but we arrived very late in the evening and had an early flight out of Buffalo/Niagara Int'l airport.

Broken vanity fixtures, broken bathroom Fixtures fan,shower ledge,refrigerator didn’t work. We were moved to another room and some of the same problems existed!!! Overall the property is very poorly maintained. Upon checkout 2 other guests expressed their displeasure and disappointment with their rooms as well bedbugs and filthy room. Not happy with Expedia as well you need to vet these places before better you list them as what felt was a good deal turned out to be a nightmare!!!!!!! 0 stars

Not worth the cost

Hotel was stuck in the late 70's / early 80's, Very dated decor, mirrors everywhere. Everywhere you turn you could see wear and tear in the elevators hallways your room. Property is in a major need of an update. Cutie tub we were worried about using it you could tell that there was damage to the tub and they just tried to find the closest matching paint to cover up the issues. Worst of all was the mattress completely worn out felt like it would roll you to the center of the bed

Staff was extremely rude and short with us. The carpet in the room was so filthy I didn’t want to walk barefoot in the room. Stain on sheets. The king size bed dipped in the middle. We got a jacuzzi suite so couldn’t easily change the room. The shuttle service was terrible. The driver tossed our suitcases in the back and we could hear them rolling around. It sounded like the wheels on our new suitcases were going to break off. He blared the radio and didn’t speak to us at all. The lady at check out refused to give us a receipt for the $150 deposit and check out. The outside looks decent and interesting. Definitely would never stay again.

First night ceiling dripping water on my head as sat on toilet. Mattress was so bad couldn’t sleep. Got up to now chunks of ceiling plaster in toilet and water dripping uncontrollably. The room attendant told us they reported this a couple days before. Now the move us and I ask for a handicapped room. Room size was fine if you like crawling over the bed if someone was sitting in desk chair. Bed was fine but never saw a handicapped bath with no seat in the shower and the toilet not ADA. But not being ADA was only one of their problems. Toilet leaking all over, seat keeps falling off and had to open it to shut the water from running. Housekeeping is wonderful make the bed a bit of vacuuming (not much) always short of towels no coffee pods after first day but that’s ok there wasn’t any cups either. Reported this stuff numerous time and kept being told they would get someone to fix it. We have stayed here many years ago and it was fantastic. Can’t imagine the Salvatore Family letting this go like this. Garden place is on equal now with most roadside motels. FORGET THIS PLACE!!

Out dated and dirty

Sadly the lobby is the best part of this out dates run down hotel. 25 years ago this place was elegant and beautiful.. now it is dirty and sad. The rugs are so stained it disgusting and the walls have dirt and smears of who knows what all over the faded wallpaper. The beds are way too soft.. like you literally sink in the middle and our shower had nowhere to place any soaps They had a few bottles sitting in the floor of the shower. Save yourself grief and book somewhere else

I didn’t like the fact that no one responds when you call the front desk . Incase you need extra towel you pay extra ,you pay for the complimentary breakfast,the carpet stinks ,the bed is very uncomfortable and now I have a back pain . The pillows are also very uncomfortable. I didn’t like a single thing about the hotel apart from the fact that it’s very convenient and close by restaurants. The beauty outside and by the entrance is very deceiving. Worst experience ever .
