The Richardson provided a truly exceptional experience. Our room was excellent—spacious, clean, and luxurious—offering a perfect private sanctuary. The hotel premises were absolutely stunning, featuring a beautiful blend of classic and modern elegance. The Richardson is a fabulous looking converted psychiatric hospital. Where my room was attractive and clean, I received no room service in three days. I needed to call the front desk for clean towels. The staff all very friendly. I did like my extremely quiet, very high ceiling room. The food in the bar/restaurant was mediocre. The brrakfast offerings subpar. I would stay there again for the attractive room and convenience of location.

The hotel is unique and spectacular looking. It is a converted mental health facility, though it was once probably termed an asylum. The room was clean though in three days I had no visit from room service. The restaurant food was fine. The breakfast (included) lack luster. I would stay there again.
