There was no heat in the rooms the thermostat was a fake and fell rite off the wall . There was a stain on the bedding and the water was cold . I wouldn't ever return or recommend this hotel . This hotel needs some serious improvements . I want a refund

It was fine enough for overnight to catch an early morning flight (if you plan to park at the airport), but the room was quite tired and the first one had several things wrong with it before we were moved. Staff was friendly, though I would still probably pick a different hotel option next time.

Fitness center was a mess. Clearly had not been cleaned in days. Trash was on the floor, garbage cans were full, water cooler was empty. Light was also on a timer that went off halfway through my treadmill workout, leaving me in the dark.

While the hotel west clean, they're were a number of issues. 1. The room was freezing cold when we entered.. 54F. Had to turn on the heat and wait for it to warm up whilst shivering. 2. The heater made a lot of noise all night. The only reason I did not complain was because my kids were already asleep. 3. The hanging towels appeared to be dirty. Not sure if they were but it was kind of gross. 4. There's a nasty smell of chemicals throughout the hallways and the room.

Nice staff, room was what we expected. Good breakfast and well stocked. They allowed us to leave our car for a few days and offered the airport transportation both ways at no additional cost. Made all the difference for us and our future flights out of Buffalo!!! I’d much rather do this than pay the parking garage!!!
