Upon arrival, enjoy seamless self-check-in with key-code door locks at well-lit private entrances. Inside, exposed rafter and beam cathedral ceilings provide a touch of old-world charm, harmonized by contemporary ceiling fans and cable railings. The open-concept living room and kitchen feature slate tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse apron sink, and a breakfast bar crafted from reclaimed wood from the original roof.

Start your day with local coffee or K-cups, or enjoy a kettle and tea on the bistro table on the private lawn under a shade umbrella.

Don the chef's apron and prepare culinary delights with stainless, cast-iron, and non-stick cookware under the professional exterior-vented stove hood. Otherwise, the driveway may be used for easy loading and unloading with parking for 1 car in the neighboring driveway by the red garage door, and free neighboring parking lots and street parking April to November. Access to bus routes and the train station. Parking for 1 in the driveway if rear unit is not booked or immediately next door if the rear unit is booked separately. Free parking lot across the street, free nearby parking garage and free street parking April to November.

Must fill out rental agreement link provided after booking. No chores needed to check-out. No need to strip the beds. Cleaning supplies, laundry & dishwasher pods and a handheld vacuum are for your convenience throughout your stay. No smoking/vaping indoors. No pets. No parties or unregistered guests. Parking in main driveway if booking both units or adjacent driveway if booking only front unit, check with host for clarity. Please do not leave the doors open. Do not leave windows open when not present. Short term stays only, no household effects/furniture. Please don't re-arrange furniture. No glitter, hair dye or self-tanning please. Do not tamper with security/safety/fire equipment. Trash cans are outside in the back, next to the garage.
