Suburban gem located in Buford close to nature only 50 miles to Atlanta airport, 13 miles to Margaritaville at Lake Lanier Islands, 7 miles to winery resort Château Elan, 10 miles to Michelin Raceway & caffeine & Octane’s Raceway & only 10 miles to Mall of Georgia the 2nd biggest mall in America. This is an animal watchers & nature enthusiast dream without having to drive three hours to get privacy in the forest near the big city, wildlife of Deer & occasional wild turkey roam the back forest.
Located in Buford, this lovely house offers 3 bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements including a king bed, futon, bunk beds 3 twin bed options, and queen bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can relax and unwind in this marvelous property.
