Dining room offers remarkable views over the surrounding area and opens directly onto the pool deck.  Ground floor offers vine cellar, TV room, separate toilet with laundry facilities and 1 bedroom with double bed and private shower room with sauna. TV room and downstairs bedroom opens onto the terrcae and lawn.

Outdoor area offers well equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, sink, hot/cold water and BBQ, covered outdoor dining area for 8 guests, sun lounge area and private swimming pool.
