The cabin we stayed in felt unfinished/still under construction. It was also quite dirty, especially the bathroom. All the flyscreens need a clean as they are very dusty. Very long walk to/from the pools. You can tell people live here permanently with weird garden statues around some peoples cabins making some sections feel like a retirement village. No air con or ceilings fan in the second bedroom was a big negative as it was really hot to sleep. Beach entry into the pool was good.

2 bedroom cabin was clean and comfortable with full kitchen facilities. Individual cabin car parking directly adjacent to the front door was a good plus - very convenient.

Overall our stay was good. The location of the park is excellent you can easily walk everywhere and lots for the kids to do. The cleanliness of our cabin was average it needs a deep clean and unfortualy our oven continued to fail during our stay, hopefully its fixed for the next guests. Id of like to of been offered a partal refund but unfortuatly it was not offered to us. The park has the potential to be 5 starts if the cleaners check that everything works and do a deep clean between guests. Staff were lovely and helpful just got a little unlucky.

Stayed here for a night in early December. Good location - short walk to the Dolphin Discovery Centre (accommodation has a discount code) and a short drive to the city centre. There's also a water park and playground for kids nearby. Cabin is clean and comfortable, with free parking available. Basic amenities are available. However, it's quite complicated to get there even with the map provided. Some lanes are too small and narrow and can be missed quite easily. Overall a decent stay, given it's not expensive as well.

Great location, easy access to Koombana Beach and restaurants. We enjoyed that it was walkable to cafes, the bay, the beaches and the City centre. The pool looked excellent though we did not have a need to use it. We would definitely stay again

The staff explained process very well. We should have been told that there were MAJOR renovations going on. Very noisy and therefore not relaxing. Can’t believe they can get away with charging people for such inconvenience… I had to drive over holes in the roads too.
