End-unit apartment with spacious lawn

This 4-unit building has been tastefully renovated into comfortable spaces that are ON the Seneca Lake wine trail. The generous living room with plenty of cozy seating is flanked by the Kithcen/dining area. A short hall separates the bedrooms from the common areas. The full bathroom is sandwiches in between the two bedrooms and contains a custom-tiled shower and large vanity. There is also a private half-bath en-suite contained within the rear Queen bedroom for extra privacy between guests. The newer HVAC system makes heating or air conditioning quick and easy. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and opens up directly on to a stamped concrete patio with propane grill and outdoor dining set. A few steps further is the tiered back yard. Each unit has their own firepit and adirondack chairs to take in the evenings and starry nights. These units offer a large parking lot and easy loading and unloading of luggage. State route 414 is the main road that travels the east side of Seneca Lake and contains numerous local breweries, wineries and restaurants. Watkins Glen is less than 5 miles and Watkins Glen International racetrack is within 15 minutes. Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes National Forest are all within minutes. This unit is the furthest unit to the south and is contained in the same building as the following vrbo property IDs: #3346653(unit 1), #3356010 (unit 2) and 2926204 (unit 3).

First host ever, anywhere, to decline to give an extra hour (this, after a six day run) past checkout time for me to get my disabled wife and ‘gimpgear’ out the door. We have traveled for many years… Nice place, good location. Grab bar in the shower would be nice.

Finger Lakes VROB

We had a great time hiking the Finger Lakes area. The property was conveniently located close to many state parks and wineries. While unassuming on the outside the inside was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept soundly after long hikes. Check in and check out was easy. The owners did a great job providing information. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect fit for a long weekend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and once again, it did not disappoint. It was the perfect fit for our long weekend getaway. Anniversary Getaway

The apartment was all and more than was advertised. It was perfect for our long anniversary weekend. We will definitely be booking here again. If you like visiting wineries, you are in the perfect spot. A lot of wineries right down the road!!! We took a short drive to Corning Glass Museum one day and had a wonderful day there as well. I was very impressed with how well kept this place was. Very clean and all appliances are updated. The beds were very comfortable. Fantastic location close to Watkins Glen. I would love to come back in the summer and use the grill and fire pit! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with my husband. The location was perfect because it was close to all our favorite places to visit. Long weekend birthday celebration. Perfectly placed in the middle of wineries/breweries and the village of Watkins Glen. Quiet/quaint. LOVED the firepit out back! Definitely would go back!
