The massage chair in the lobby was a nice surprise. The jetted tub was great! However, the day shift desk person sleeping on the couch in the lobby until his shift started and then walking through the lobby with a cigarette in his mouth was extremely unprofessional. The breakfast was very disappointing. Mold on the bathroom wall and multiple other problems shown in the pictures, made it a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Hot tub out of order. Lights in pool area bathroom did not work. Asked for more bath towels and were told there weren’t any. Showerhead sprayed the floor no matter how it was adjusted. Spiders in windows of pool area. Ants in pool area. Ice machine did not work. Room was so dusty I cleaned it. Cereal at breakfast was stale. Waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles- raw batter in middle. Orange juice so sour kids literally spit it out- possibly expired. Would NEVER stay in an AmericInn again.

Do NOT Stay!

Aweful. Toliet didnt work, no other rooms to move to. Entire hotel smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. Hot tub no longer functional but pictures show otherwise. Pool had hair all over. Only good part was the staff understood and did everything they could.

Dirty bathrooms dogs barking 2 doors down stunk terrible in hallway.Biggest complaint they charged me an extra $84.42 for misc.their computer was down on the sunday morning and they couldnt give me regular receipt showing paid.the guy at the desk said it would come off my account when their system came back up but it ndver has!

Extremely bad WiFi! My phone was faster as a hotspot than what was offered. Room had dirty towels still in the shower when I arrived. Room service neglected to leave me clean towels after removing the dirty. Hallway smelled like weed!! The “free” hot breakfast was cold and entire dining area was filthy!

We told them they didn't need to come in to our room. We just ask for clean towels and they ask me to bring the dirty one to get new ones. And they still enter our room. The room was not very clean bottle caps behind bed and under. Ice machine was not working. It smell like smoke. Peoples was fighting in middle of the night.

The bed had a lot of hair in it. Also the bathtub had a dirt ring, burnt cigarette marks and hair all over. The toilet had pubic hair and urine on the seat and bowl. The microwave had food all over the inside. Pool area closed.
