A 1930 bungalow and three cottages completed in 2024, available together for groups of up to 20. The bungalow and cottages sit on the same lot in Burlington's New North End, directly across from Ethan Allen Park — walking trails, picnic areas, and a historic lookout tower are steps from the front door. North Avenue beaches are a short bike ride away. Downtown Burlington is a quick drive for dining, breweries, and the Church Street Marketplace.
The bungalow sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two baths, with hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a private porch with a swing and seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals.
The three cottages are arranged in a semicircle around an ancient oak tree. Each sleeps four with a queen bed, queen pullout sofa, full kitchen, and central A/C. A shared grill and seating area under the oak tree is the natural gathering spot for the whole group.
