Rooms don't have balconies, so be cautious not to fall into the trap by looking at the photo or description. The manager is unresponsive and unwilling to attempt to resolve the problem. Even though the front-desk person tried to reach out to the manager, the manager never returned the call. No breakfast option except fried potatoes for the vegan person like me. Waffles are pre-made and frozen. Super unhealthy option. Only white bread, no other options such as brown bread/multi-grain bread. We were not given utensils, as I had to ask 2 times. I would not stay in this hotel due to the inaccurate description, as well as no healthy options for vegan people.

The room was nice. I will ask for a room on the front of the hotel next time. The rooms in the back are a little noisy from freeway noise. The last time we stayed, it was very quiet in the front room. I do wish they would upgrade the toilet paper and tissue in the rooms. It is very expensive to stay and the paper products in the hotel are very thin.

Our front desk clerk, Jovon, was amazing. When we arrived he was quite busy and never missed a beat. He was helping many people at once and was efficient and pleasant the entire time. He always greeted us as we were going back and forth and was very professional. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I did not think this hotel experience was worth the cost. Breakfast was unexpectedly extra and overpriced considering the price of the rooms. The receptionist who checked us in, while efficient, was not welcoming and obviously eager to get back to a conversation she was having with a coworker or friend. The housekeeper did not speak enough English to tell us when check out time was. Room was clean, and quiet, beds were comfortable, parking very easy and the hotel was convenient to our activities. Pool hours were too short in the evening.

The hotel room was spacious but average for the price. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel in years that didn't include breakfast, which is surprising when you are paying close to $400/night.

Staff friendly, very welcoming. Grounds and rooms well maintained and very clean. Mattress was phenominally comfortable for sleeping and the seating area was also very nice for relaxing after a long day of travel. Complaints, two. The Bistro restaurant was closed due to staff member calling out. There should be a back-up plan when this happens other than just closing it. Biggest complaint/disappointment though was charging $15.95 per person for breakfast buffet. Everywhere I've ever stayed the buffet was complimentary. I wouldn’t object to a minimal charge, but there really was nothing extraordinary about the buffet - the waffles were even frozen.
