We had a great weekend stay at Joe's place. Check in was easy. Joe provides all the codes and information in a timely fashion. The kitchen was very well set up and stocked with condiments and everything you need for good coffee, including a french press. We loved the location and the off street parking. The apartment was very comfortable to hang out and the bed and futon were both very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't love was that you had to walk through the hosts house to get to the apartment, that did make me a bit uncomfortable at first but after meeting Joe I was much more comfortable. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in from multiple different sites, check in and out was simple and straight forward, and the beds were actually comfortable! Overall, I had a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again.

My friend and I travel to Burlington, VT once a year to reconnect during our birthdays. We have stayed many places in the area. This is officially on the list of one of our favorites. Clean, affordable, updated appliances, and cozy atmosphere. We had no problems sleeping in this part of town. It was a quiet neighborhood that felt safe to be there. Looking forward to coming back.

This one bedroom apartment is in a safe and perfect location in Burlington. You are close to downtown and the many attractions around.The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. Great location and awesome space

Joe's apartment was perfect for our family. The space is well decorated, comfortably furnished and had lots of extras - you can tell he has put a lot of thought into providing everything a guest might need. We enjoyed walking to shops, restaurants, and bars and Joe provided some great suggestions. Highly recommend this apartment and we would love to stay here again

I stayed here when picking up my son from UVM. He ended up staying on campus so I stayed alone and it was so peaceful and homey and just a wonderful space. Spotless and safe and quiet. Just perfect!
