The entire stay was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was terrific. HOWEVER I had to dispute a $60 charge to my credit card when we got home. We used no services and the entire stay had been paid for on Hotels.com. Bad show.

The entrance from the road is poorly marked and difficult to find. There were never enough breakfast tables. Perhaps use seating times by floors. The staff were always helpful, friendly and courteous.

I like proximity to the highway but very easy to miss the hotel coming from the highway, had to mutton around, got used to it after that. Facility is quite clean. Room is a little small than expected. I booked for 4 people, 1king size bed but the pull-out sofa was twin size, luckily, there was only 3 of us. Morning staff quite pleasant, afternoon/evening staff not so.
