Check in took 1 1/2 hours. Apparently the cleaning staff didn’t show up so the front desk person was cleaning the rooms as she check us in. My hat goes off to her, she held it together well. Property is very run down although they do seem to be doing some renovation work. Our room was basic clean but the lamp shade next to the couch was smoot covered. Vents were dirty bathroom lights dirty. The AC was extremely loud when that came on.

Check in was a disaster to put it bluntly. One and a half hours to check in!!! Not happy with this at all. The front desk clerk helped to clean rooms then came back for a few minutes and then went to clean rooms again. There were 6 people ahead of me, all not happy. Very disappointed

The property is showing signs of structural and cosmetic neglect. You would not get sick or a disease, but the room was poorly cleaned. Hair, crumbs and dirty corners. The front desk staff were friendly and appeared overworked. They understood our frustration with the lack of attention to detail in regard to the cleanliness of the room.

Front desk staff very personable. However we walked in the room, the smell and the dirty bathroom was enough for us to just walk out!! Requested a cancellation of reservation and refund. Felt the front desk clerk understood and would take to management. I have emailed them twice for a refund and have now disputed the charge. Would not ever recommend and would not select this chain of hotel ever again!! Thank god La Quinta had a room for me & my sister.

The pool is fairly nice but there weren't any towels. The bathroom was also out of paper towels. The steps to our room were looking a little aged and the room could of been a little cleaner. They seemed short staffed. I have never had to wait an hour to check-in and then the room we were given had people in it smoking weed when we opened the door. Had to go back for a new room after waiting a ridiculous amount of time already. Also the shower gel was completely empty. They need massive improvements. The staff was nice probably overwhelmed.

we were booked in a room that was occupied. Then put i a room that literally had a disconnected toliot outside the front door. The front door needed to be slammed shut hard in order to close. A bar/kitchen table was disconnected from the wall. The exterior of the property needs much upgrading and clean up. And hopefully attract a better client base.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, the front desk staff was one of the most friendly accommodating front desk agents I’ve ever met. Property is beautiful rooms were very clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. From the moment we checked in, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpets were stained, the walls were dirty, and the curtains had visible marks. To make matters worse, we encountered two spiders in the bathroom — a clear indication that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. While breakfast was advertised as included, there was absolutely no coffee available on the second morning. Even more concerning, there was no staff present at the front desk to assist with this or to help with check-out. I attempted to call the main hotel number for assistance and received no response. This experience was far below what I expected and what was promised. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the standards and service moving forward.
