Nice value for money, suggest replacing the shallow tea cups in the rooms for mugs to have a decent coffee. Foxtel wasn’t working. Mould in shower. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is great

They have gone to a lot of effort with the fit out of the room, but a few details let it down. Two rooms, two beds but no door between, somewhat odd but not an issue for myself as i was travelling by myself. Unfortunately the state of the silicone in the shower if far from acceptable, this needs to be dug out, mould treated and redone. Location is great with the beach walk just across the street and the penguin habitat only a few hundred metres away

The cleanliness of the room and the facilities were amazing however the noise level was a bit of an issue for us. The staff member (on check in and check out) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we would recommend this hotel to our friends due to her helpfulness.

We found a special deal for 4 nights in a harbour view apartmemt for only $493 - exceptional value. The lady on Reception was lovely; the apartment was large with a very comfortable and large bed, spacious living/dining and a full kitchen. The views were fantastic and meant we were happy to relax on the couch to enjoy fhem.

Loved the spacious room, the little balcony, and the sound of the waves. The staff solved the problem of a safe place for my heavy e-bike by carrying up stairs to my room! The hotel was close to everything.
