Always a great stay because of the staff including Julie, Lawrence, Sean (the Boss man) and Liam (I hope I got the names right). But rooms are a little dusty and my mugs were both stained and needed replacing. Team makes this a place to come back to again and again.

Forest at Fence, Burnley

We enjoyed our stay but the road noise put us off so if staying again would ask for a quieter room. The room was tired and had some loose/missing fittings plus mould on the shower sealant and cobwebs up high (out of reach). Bed was super comfy and staff were great. Breakfast (full english) was superb and could only have been improved by complimentary fresh orange.
