Set in a tranquil country location but only 5 minutes to the village of Burray, or 15 minutes from Kirkwall, the home offers generous living space and is ideal for families or group bookings.
The sun lounge offers a front row seat to the ever changing views of Scapa Flow and the Hoy Hills a stunning panorama of sea, sky and rugged landscape.
The property has been extensively renovated to bring the upmost comfort and charm with tasteful modern decor.
The living room and sun room boast amazing views of Scapa Flow and the surrounding country side. Well known for visits from Orcas in the flow below the house as well as other marine life. You can relax watching the evening skies from a unique viewpoint - from the comfort of a tastefully decorated, warm and cosy space.

Bedroom 2 - Super king / twin room and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 - Superking / twin room and ensuite.
Bedroom 4 - sofa bed.
With a large kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs you can again enjoy sea views. What better way to enjoy preparing a meal?
We have a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty laundry products and spare bits and pieces to ensure all your laundry needs are met.
We have a dedicated office space to allow guests who wish to mix work with pleasure a beautiful space to do it in!
There is plenty room outside to enjoy, with a decking balcony off the sun room you can take our sun loungers outside to relax and sit in the sun. There is a garden to the front and rear of the property and the secluded position means the upmost privacy and peace and quiet.
You enter the property with a key provided via a lock box. You will be sent the key code prior to arrival.
