Walkable location in Busan. The property likes to nickel and dime you even though you are already paying a premium for the location and view. How are you going to charge your guest to use a pool? The only amenity the hotel has. Additionally, Hannah at the front desk was not the most pleasant person to deal with.

We got an upgrade to a partial ocean view room which had a little nook where you can sit and enjoy the view. The seating was a little drop down area with a table which was very convenient with children for them to play, eat, and relax. It was convenient to walk everywhere and grab a cab if necessary. There are tons of good food nearby which was also great. It was a fantastic stay!

Convenient location, right next to the beach, street food market, shops, stores, etc. Staff were nice but hospital policy was a bit too strict. We were only allowed ONE hotel room key and when my husband accidentally left it inside the room and we got locked out, they charged us for an extra key. Hotels usually just ask for proof of ID and escort you back to your room to grab your key card instead making you pay for brand new one. Infiniti pool was small. You can only register to use it at certain time windows and have to pay 20,000 KRW per person in addition to room fees.
