This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment our taxi pulled up to the lobby, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel at home. Check in was fast and easy, the elevators are fast and plentiful, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. Also the location is perfect for exploring Seomyeon or taking the subway to other parts of the city. We stayed four nights but wish it had been longer. A true five star experience.

Check in and check out process is fast! Staff is attentive and friendly, most of them understand and are able to speak simple English which is great! Hotel is conveniently located beside lotte departmental store which is a plus, it’s also connected to the subway either via the departmental store or exit 2. Can be confusing at first as there’s multiple exits.

The hotel maintenance is poor. Breakfast serves until 10am and if you come at 09:50 you will not find food or beverages. The staff start to rap everything before 10am.
