Host was easy to contact , the showers have great water pressure. Washer and dryer exceptional . Reasonably priced . Beds were comfortable however advertised sleeps 10 it was cramped for 10 guests , not enough towels or toiletries,limited amount of toilet paper and paper towels , no starter fire wood to get the fireplace started . You must shop for essentials prior to arrival . . Kitchen dirty ,especially table cloth even whenTook it off it was stuck to the table. Nice dishware . Old sponge no oven mit . Cookie sheet dirty aluminum foil a must be used the not scratch frying pans were scratched and had no choice butTo use them .thankful to find brand new airfryer which I used through out the stay .they had other options to use but dirty the oven and stove top worked . Tried to use the bbq and didn’t seem to light efficiently . Lighting very dark .Not enough lamps very dim. could not figure out how to use the microwave. place dusty and has moldy dingy smell through out the house . Basement had lots of fun things to do however cold and moldy smell tv down stairs did not work . The driveway was very narrow in adequate parking in driveway and not able to park on the streets ..scary especially in the winter time . The community has skii area , basketball, tennis indoor and out door pool & full service gym . Furniture in the living room has pull out couch. While sitting in couch and love seat it old and you sink in a bit not firm or comfortable personally for me.
