The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon checkout, please strip all beds and towels put them in the laundry room. Load the dishwasher and start it. Take all trash place it in the big large trash bag in the garage. Turn off lights.
Leave keys on the kitchen counter and manually lock all doors. Make sure the screen door and sliding doors are all locked. an/c off if it’s Summer turn heater down to 55 if it’s winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
