Netter Empfang, alles ging schnell. Tolle Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und erledigen, Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Bad etwas eng, ebenso das Kinderzimmer mit Schiebetür.

Schöne Wohnung zwischen Innenstadt und Perlebucht

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern braucht. Die Wege zur Innenstadt und zumeist Perlebucht sind kurz und gut zu erreichen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Schöne Wohnung, gut geschnitten, Wäscheständer und die Balkonmöbel, sind in die jahre gekommen. Absolutes no-go Waschmaschinennutzung gegen Gebühr. Kein genauer Hinweis während der Buchung und wurde auch nicht in Auftragsbestätigung detailliert so beschrieben bzw aufgeführt. Sauberkeit der Waschmaschine lässt luft nach oben und sollte vorab vom Vermieter überprüft werden. Nutzung der Waschmaschine erfolgt gemeinschaftlich. Also befindet sich im Keller. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage und zentral gelegen. Supermarkt Bäcker etc in unmittelbarer Nähe. Perlebucht in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr ruhuges Haus. Toller Parkplatz, stabiles WLAN, allerdings kein smart TV.
