When we tried to checkin at 3:30, an older lady with a huge attitude told us no and we had to wait. Then we overheard that the hotel was very low on guests so we got back in line and a nicer person checked us in immediately. Our room had a massive gap in the door frame so anyone could enter by sliding a credit card in the lock area. So we had to keep our valuables in the car. Restaurants were good. Aside from bad attitude lady everyone else was nice.

The front desk staff ranged from very informative and friendly, to cold and curt. The rooms were clean and well kept. Would have been nice to have been notified there was no AC in the rooms though, tried to turn down the thermostat and instead it blew hot air anyhow making sleep rather uncomfortable. Pools were nice and the outdoor bar was a plus. Dining at the Waters Edge was quite the disappointment and the management didn't seem to care. Overall a nice stay, but there are much better dining options in town.

Loved the hot spring pools the most and the rooms were okay but disappointed in the fact that housekeeping has to be asked to bring more towels or coffee or whatever you need. As much as you pay, it seems that they could come daily to give fresh towels, refill coffee, empty trash, etc. Four days without trash being emptied seems slacking. Overall, a good stay, but a bit disappointed.

This property is “ok” at best. The staff is very short and unfriendly. The front desk ladies act put out when asked a question, the cleaning staff will not acknowledge you as they push there way past you on and off the elevator. The pool deck was left with garbage on it. The actual pool is very warn with paint chipping through out. The restraunt food is barely average. The rooms are decent but overall this place is just “ok” for the price you would think the staff would be a little more hospitable and the pool that they use as the draw to come would be cleaner without garbage all over the deck.

Front desk gal was fantastic, room was sort of clean - dusty & furniture hadn’t been moved in a long time to vacuum. Pool was good but the outdoor hot tub was a little dirty and was too hot, outside bar had limited adult beverages. Ordered dinner from the onsite cafe thinking they would be less expensive that the restaurant but that want the case. French Dip & Fish and Chips were $60. French Dip was good, Fish was rubbery and fried in old tasting oil plus the coleslaw was sour tasting and smelling. At $327 a night I just expected a little more attention to detail.
