Our functional house, carefully designed for comfort and security, features a private pool and is located in an exclusive gated community with 24-hour security.

In addition to the private leisure area, the house has 4 air-conditioned suites, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and private barbecue area.

The community offers a full infrastructure with pool, lake, playground, and sports court.

The house is truly a cozy and very special place. The concept is to be functional and cozy, with large glass windows that provide excellent natural light, as well as wooden contours that bring warmth and beauty.

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so up to 3 vehicles can be accommodated: 2 in the house parking and 1 in the condominium parking.

Suite 3 – Upper floor: Air conditioning, 1 double bed + 1 extra mattress, wardrobe, and full bathroom.

Suite 4 – Upper floor: Air conditioning, 2 single beds + 1 extra mattress, wardrobe, and full bathroom.

If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if additional services are required during your stay.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.
