Good value

Owners personally attend to Falcon. They are multilingual, knowledgeable of area, and shared insights. Civic center is a microbus ride or long walk away but a nice beach is just a short walk.

Nice rooms with great hosts!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Buzios. The host spoke a perfect English, which I found to be extremely rare in Brazil. He was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. I would most definitely recommend Falcon guest suites to everyone!

Horrible la habitación!

La habitacion tenia mucho olor a humedad y no tenia ventanas al exterior. La limpieza del cuarto era minima (estaba lleno de hormigas por toda la habitacion) y la cama muy incomoda. Si el jardin era muy lindo pero teniendo la playa de Geriba a 700 metros si esl dia estaba lindo lo pasabas en la playa.

Vale muito a pena

Hotel fantástico com ótimo atendimento. Os quartos são limpos, possuem boa organização e muito equipados. A internet é rápida e o café da manhã delicioso. Vale muito a pena! Não tive nenhum tipo de problema com o hotel.

Um dos piores hoteis que já fiquei

A coisa que mais me incomodou neste hotel foi a vizinhança, eles deixam o som ligado o dia todo com caixa acústicas tamanho família, não se pode assistir a TV, o pessoal do hotel se limita a dizer que Búzios é assim mesmo, eu não concordo e jamais me hospedaria neste local novamente, devido ao incomodo tivemos que trocar as duas suítes que havíamos reservado por um quarto quádruplo mais distante com um salgado acréscimo no valor do quarto. Também tivemos problemas com a caixa acoplada de descarga, ela demorava umas 8 horas para encher, então tínhamos que enche-la manualmente com a ducha higiênica pois o pessoal do hotel não tomou nenhuma providência, não gostamos que o pessoal do hotel tenha entrado no quanto fora do horário de limpeza ou seja pela noite quando fomos jantar, para abrir as persianas e desligar o ar condicionada, achamos que foi uma invasão de privacidade, se você pretende ficar neste hotel é de suma importância que leve muito repelente e inseticida pois o local é extremante infestado por mosquitos, finalmente gostaria de dizer que o café da manhã é muito simples e ficou a desejar.

O atendimento inicial não causou boa impressão, mas o quarto era confortável e o café da manhã bem variado. A localização é ruim porque a van e os ônibus só passam na principal e o caminho de acesso é deserto de noite, apesar de parecer seguro.

CONFESSO QUE ME DECEPCIONEI COM AS SUÍTES DA VOVÓ.

O MELHOR FOI O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, A LIMPEZA DO QUARTO E A RECEPÇÃO DOS DONOS QUE SÃO BEM SIMPÁTICOS. MAS AS SUÍTES DA VOVÓ SÃO PEQUENAS E BEM MODESTAS, TIPO "FAVELINHA" E A PORTA DO BANHEIRO NÃO FECHA DIREITO E NO BANHO MOLHA O CHÃO TODO, POIS AS CORTINAS DE PLÁSTICOS SÃO MUITO ALTAS. A PIA É BEM PEQUENA E NÃO TEM NENHUM PENDURADOR DE ROUPAS E TOALHAS NO BANHEIRO E NEM LUGAR PARA COLOCAR O SABONETE NO BOX.
