I'm extremely disappointed with the service of this Pousada. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 friends, but they put both people in the same room. The hotel did not contact us or apologize for the mistake, nor did they give the money back for the 2nd room. I feel that the owners of this hotel were very dishonest and I still need the money back for the room they didn't provide my friends. And again, I feel that they were disorganized and they could have just called us to figure out a solution, but they didn't. It was clearly in the booking reservation that we had separated 2 rooms. Please be more organized for future guests.

Everything was fine with the staff; they were nice and friendly but the management was very disappointing. I lost the key from the safe box, it was my fault no worries to pay for a key replacement. But when the manager arrived the next day, instead of coming and help us to solve the problem he took his sweet time to have his coffee while we were wasting half of the day waiting for him to provide the spare key. Ps we are in 2022 every hotel and pousada should have a digital safe box. Other than that I definitely recommend anyone to stay at Pousada Pontal da Ferradura. Btw they have very tasty caipirinhas!!!!

Nice hotel. The location is good. They don't have front beach, but it is walking distance to a nice beach. The restaurant is Ok, could improve. But they have a free shuttle service (which you have to sign up in advance) to downtown, where you can find plenty of restaurants.

Great Pousada in good location

Really comfortable Pousada where they couldn’t do more to help. A little bit further out but fine with Uber to get to town and a short walk from the beautiful (but windy) Ferradura beach.

Ok, but not great

This hotel is solidly "ok". Nothing wrong with it, but prices high for fairly basic place. DON'T eat in the restaurant unless you have to. We were the only people one night and it was raining and it took over 40 minutes to have even soda brought to us, and another 20 minutes for dinner. Many substitutions were made on the dinner without telling us, and we suspect they actually ran to the grocery store and pulled together what they could. Location just a bit too far to walk to main area of town, but close to a decent beach. If you book a standard room, ask for one on the second floor as they have high ceilings so feel a bit bigger.

A pousada é muito boa, piscina grande, quartos espaçoso, chuveiro bom e localização ótima. Porém uma coisa que nos incomodou foi o chão do quarto que estava cheio de areia quando chegamos, pedimos limpeza porém continuou a mesma coisa.

O cardápio do café da manhã era fresco, ambiente tranquilo, equipe de atendimento excelente! O único gap foi quanto aos horários de funcionamento do bar, restaurante, brinquedoteca, sauna e jacuzzi! No início da noite ambos já encerravam o funcionamento!

Adoramos, foi simplesmente encantador. E fomos numa semana de chuva, mas é um ambiente aconchegante, lindo, confortável. A cama é ótima, o quarto espaçoso e a varandinha com rede é um charme. A vista do lago é sensacional. O café da manhã é bem servido e o que experimentamos do cardápio também estava bem saboroso. Tudo isso a 5 minutos (ou menos) a pé da Praia da Ferradura. Virou nosso xodó de Búzios!

Fim de semana de tranquilidade

Estadia muito agradável com espaço kids enorme e novo que foi muito aproveitado pelo meu filho de 1 ano. O quarto com a rede e a vista para o lado trazem um clima ainda mais agradável a viagem! Apenas deixo como sugestão se possível o aquecimento da piscina principal ( fui em um fim de semana de tempo mais fresco e quase não entrei na piscina pelo frio) igual a da hidro que estava quentinha! A hospedagem fica muito perto a pé da praia da ferradura que é tranquilo para ir com crianças.
