Enter into the home through the side door and step into the up-to-date kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals easily. The kitchen also has a stackable washer/dryer for easy access! Head through the kitchen and step into the open living and dining area.
The first floor has two living rooms back to back, with a glass door separating the two, which is great for groups that want to watch separate shows during the evening while still taking in the bay views!
This level also has a bedroom and half bathroom off of the kitchen.

The private association beach access path is to the left of the driveway, please be sure to use this path to get down to the beach. During high tide the tide comes right up to the seawall but during low tide you can enjoy the exposed beach. There are 3 AC units in the property, 1 in each bedroom.
