Não fosse um imprevisto, seria perfeita

Tudo o q foi anunciado correspondeu à realidade. O proprietário muito atencioso e solícito. Só houve um imprevisto quanto a uma infiltração na suite da cobertura que, segundo o proprietário já teria sido feito reparo e voltou a acontecer. Fora isso, foi muito bom.
