A casa é muito confortável, bem localizada, fica bem pertinho da praia Dunas do Peró, atendeu à todas as expectativas. O Adm Júlio é muito gente boa e nos deu várias dicas de alimentação e orientações da cidade. Não tivemos nenhum problema e sempre que precisávamos, fomos atendidos na hora. Foi uma semana excelente. Recomendo demais !!!

bom imovel

casa bonita limpa e com uma otima área de convivencia que compensa o pequeno tamanho da piscina ( que atendeu a demanda mesmo assim). A falta de uma sistematica na limpeza da piscina nos impediu o uso no ultimo dia. A distancia do condominio à praia obriga o uso do carro, mas com bom planejamento o uso da area de convivencia compensa a distancia do agito. Os muitos ventiladores da casa driblam a falta do ar nos 3 quartos baixos. por fim , nos divertimos muito.
