Anfitrião muito atencioso e gentil… Localização ótima, apto completo( deu pra fazer várias refeições , panelas, pratos.. tudo! ) até montar mesa posta, não sentimos falta de nada que precisamos em nossa estadia , vista incrível, portaria 24h, lugar pra lavar cooler e pé da praia, td mto bom.. nos amamos e voltaremos concerteza,

Passamos um feriado maravilhoso neste apartamento, realmente superou minhas expectativas, bem mais bonito do que nas fotos!! Tudo impecavelmente limpo e cheiroso. Cozinha super equipada. Chuveiros podem ser ligados todos ao mesmo tempo não cai, isso foi o diferencial relevante. Ótima localização, perto de tudo, pé na areia! Prédio dispõe de portaria 24 horas com pessoas educadíssimas e prestativas. Sr. Wellinton sempre atencioso no que foi preciso, fácil comunicação , sem contar com a recepção do Sr. Alair, simpaticíssimo, educado, alegre, cordial e muito prestativo, atencioso e preciso todas as vezes que foi solicitado. Encanto de Apartametno

O apartamento do Welinton é excelente e muito confortável, nos permitiu uma estada tranquila sem nenhuma preocupação ou imprevisto, bem limpo e equiipado para, inclusive, uma estada de longa duração, com todos os equipamentos em excelente funcionamento. Bem localizado (há poucos passos do mar), com área de lazer dispondo de piscina, sauna e hidromassagem que foram bem usufruídos por mim e pela minha família. . Welinton é um excelente anfitrião, embora não tenha conhecido pessoalmente, ele foi simpático, educado e rápido nas respostas, colocou uma pessoa à disposição para nos receber, que se prontificou para ajudar-nos em qualquer dificuldade. Super indico o apartamento, sem dúvidas em um retorno a Cabo Frio (paraíso) ficaremos novamente hospedados nessas acomodações.
