Staff was pleasant and attentive. The hallway had a mildew smell and the room was spacious. The beds were too soft and twice we had issues with the lack of hot water during our showers. The restaurant is a big plus offering delicious breakfast.

Room was clean but hot water took forever to get hot. Also towels were like sandpaper. Almost all lounge chairs by the pool were damaged. The pool was dirty. The gym was closed for repairs. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was old too.

Estimados señores del Acuario Resort en Boquerón, Cabo Rojo: Por medio de la presente deseo expresar mi insatisfacción con el servicio recibido durante mi reciente estadía de dos noches en su hotel. La primera noche fue imposible descansar debido a una fiesta con gritos y risas constantes en la habitación contigua. Al intentar comunicarme con el front desk, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y no había ninguna información visible con números de contacto. Tuve que buscar por internet para poder comunicarme con el hotel. Además, durante ambas noches el televisor de la habitación no funcionó. Al informar la situación al día siguiente, la respuesta recibida fue que el televisor no servía porque no tenía la caja y que ningún teléfono del hotel funcionaba, sin mostrar empatía ni ofrecer una solución o alternativa. Es muy lamentable pagar una tarifa considerable y recibir un servicio tan deficiente, especialmente cuando la atención al cliente carece de sensibilidad ante una experiencia negativa. Espero que esta queja sea tomada en consideración para mejorar el servicio y la atención a futuros huéspedes. Atentamente, Wilma
