PERFECT RESIDENCE 50 ASETUKSET KOMBATIN RANNASTA

Täydellinen asuinpaikka perheelle tai ystäville, viettää super yhdessä. Yksi kiinteistö, jossa on kaikki mitä etsit. Muutaman askeleen päässä El Combaten rannalta, 10 minuutin päässä Cabo Rojon majakasta ja ravintoloista, joissa on hyvää ruokaa, snorklausta ja veneilyä vuokrattavissa lähellä askeleen päässä asuinpaikasta, asuinpaikalla on suuri huvimaja BBQ: lle ja sillä on suuri aika pelata dominoa ja katsella kaunis auringonlasku parvekkeeltamme.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Combaten ranta. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Beautiful home with all the luxuries you can dream of just a short walk away from all the El Combate action. Everything in excellent condition. Even used the outside grill. Had a superb time and will definitely return in the near future.

We had three sets of adults and four children in our party and the house was a perfect fit for all of us. One room fit our whole family in it since it had bunk beds and a queen size bed! The air conditioners in each room worked very well and kept the house cool while we were there. There is a small view of the ocean from the balcony that we got to enjoy each morning while drinking our coffee and is amazing for sunsets. The small wading pool was fun for our younger children and the walk to the beach and food was one of the best parts of the location of the house. The only issues we had during our four day stay was the water pressure going out the first day and the back up generator not having any gas to work when the power went out on our last day. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Home was clean , well stocked and perfect location for beaches and getting out and exploring sites. Awesome patio to grill and chill out after a day at the beach or checking out local sites . The pool was a plus for the kids to cool of an evening . My family loved it !

Angel’s home is absolutely beautiful. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Their attention to detail and level of care is evident in every detail. The decor is beautiful and the extra amenities make the stay even more enjoyable. From aloe for sunburns and spray deodorant to board games and a nice stereo system, we were impressed every time we entered a room or opened a cabinet! It truly feels like they have thought of everything. The pool was wonderful, we loved the patio, the bedrooms were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the area is fun and safe, and walking distance to the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend to friends. We did have a difficult time initially finding the place, but Angel was extremely helpful and kind in getting us there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis with us!!

EXCEPTIONAL STAY!!! FIVE STARS!!!

My family and I stayed at this property from April 4th to April 12th and had a wonderful time! We were a group of eight people, seven adults and one child, but the house felt huge, with plenty of space for everyone. It was great that there was central air conditioning throughout the house. Almost every day, my 6-year-old enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The best part was how close we were to the beach, just a block away. During the week, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but on weekends it was lively. We enjoyed eating at Annies Place, which is just feet from the beach/water and a 5-minute walk from the property. Thank you for hosting us. Rest assured that we will definitely be returning to Cabo Rojo and this gem of a property.

Close to the beach

The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track.

Mid-week vacation

Beautiful property as described. Very clean inside and out. We didn't do any real cooking at the property, but kitchen looked nicely appointed. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We did experience a power failure during our stay and the new generator did not start up automatically. The host was quickly responsive to texts and helped us start it up. Overall, the property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and two teenagers.

Property was well equipped but the description doesn’t explain all what it had so we ended up buying extra things. Property was great but toilet got a water leak since day one and reported to owner. owner never responded back to our inquiries and concerned about the water leak unfortunately. Last evening power went out the property has a generator ( good thing) but, a small amount of power still was in the line so the generator did not turn on automatically so I had to reach out again to owner and no answer either. Owner answered at the time I already check out. Owner though mentioned to give me some kind of refund and that never happened either. VRBO studied the case and because i didn’t vacate the property they didn’t refund me one of 2 days I requested. We came from far away and no place to stay or move same day. Recommend VRBO to evaluate and update their rules as its inflexible and we were going to incur in extra costs, we rather dealt with the situation and request at least a relief but none of that happened. Overall, property is good, in good location but owner should be on top of his property and be more communicative or responsive.we were a party of 8.

The listing says you get check in information 3 days in advance but we didn’t get the information until the day of check in. Pros-The house was as pictured, in good condition and in a great location for beach access. The AC was ice cold and the beds were comfy. There was covered parking and the outdoor patio area and kitchen were very nice. There were spices in the kitchen and some basic toiletries in the bathrooms which was helpful. The layout was perfect and furniture was very nice. Cons- **There was no way to open/unlock the upstairs entrance from inside without keys. This is a safety hazard. I’d recommend adding a deadbolt latch on the inside of the door. The kitchen was not well stocked- mismatched silverware, one serving dish and did not have items that it was listed to have. We purchased some basic supplies such as glasses, bowls, beach towels, chairs & toys, and left them for future guests. There was an issue with the WiFi network not having data available. Having two people trying to work remotely this was an huge issue for us. We reached out on Friday and it took until Tuesday but the owner was able to correct the issue. There is a mobile home community right next door to the property that can get pretty loud on the weekends late into the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach proximity was the selling point. The home was clean and fit our needs. While communication could have been better we would still recommend this property.

Great big property. The gazebo was a win for us as we traveled from Boston to the area to meet with family local to the area. AC in the entire home was another win! Think what lacked was no laundry soap, and no extra blankets/pillows. The grille just needs to be upgraded and needs grille aprópiate items like spatula’s etc. and that it’s not 50 steps from the beach, it’s down the street from the beach. Most importantly, the check in was simple and easy and the owners DID NOT send me a list of chores to do upon check out, which I truly appreciated. Book here, you’ll love how comfortable it is!

Lovely stay in a beautiful home

We loved our stay in Combate Beach! The house was lovely, the beds were comfy, and the property was beautiful. We especially loved the outside patio area! The neighborhood was vibrant on the weekend and calm and tranquil during the week.the host was very gracious when we got a little lost trying to find the property. Combate Beach was a short trip away and we loved the private beach down the road. Beautiful and charming place to stay. We stayed with our family, 8 of us ranging from 12-72 And all of us are extremely happy with this day. One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

LOVED this house!!

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and clearly well-taken care of. It had all the amenities and items you would have in your own home!! My husband and I came from California to meet with my family, all of which live in San Juan, PR. It was a very special family gathering with my siblings. We had an outstanding time, went to local restaurants, to the beach, and completed the Exterra 10K event! All in all, an excellent choice!! If and when we come back to Cabo Rojo, PR, we will definitely come back to this place! Highly recommended!!!

Combate Beach Getaway

The rental home is a beautiful and spacious PR home. There is plenty of parking space for others to come and enjoy the beach and outdoor seating space. This was great for us as we are from this part of the island and our family came to visit us. The home is a short walk to a small private area on combate beach. It is also a short drive away from one of the main beach strips. The beds are comfortable and the home provided us with most of the items we needed. The ability to have a washer and dryer with kids was great! Some feedback to make this property a five star stay include to: provide bathing soap/shower gel. We also recommend updating the kitchen pots/pans and cooking utensils. The guest shower also was backed up so the water was not draining properly and you would shower and be in a tub of water at least past your ankles. The first bedroom AC was also not working so to get AC in the room, you needed to sleep with the door open; although a fan was provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thank the host for the available property.
