No one there when we arrived to check in our room. Had to ask every time we needed our room cleaned and even then simple things like toilet paper were not restocked in the room. The towels they give you are the size you would use to dry your car windows. Not much storage to put your belongings in the room. Kitchenette had pots and pans but no utensils to cook with. The hot water is terrible. It will be hot for 2 minutes then cold for 5. Apparently they have on demand water heaters that they really need to turn up. Don’t you realize it waste more water waiting for it to get hot again? Hot tub was only hot one night out of our two week stay. All we heard was excuse after excuse about the owner, Bob, and why things are the way they are at this property. Would not recommend for short term guests. We have paid less to stay at very nice places downtown with way better amenities. We travel to Cabo at least twice a year. Nice location though with a great view but that’s it.
