We accept monthly reservations; however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply. Please confirm this before booking.

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines, which include:

* All guests receive wristbands and access cards to ensure only registered guests can enter the building.

* Visitors are not allowed in common areas (pool, gym, terraces, event hall, parking).

* The number of guests per unit cannot exceed two adults per room. ( Two minors of 10 years are allowed)

* Not Pets allowed

While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book through your stay for any questions or reservations you may need. Security staff are available on site 24 hours.
