Loved this adult only resort!! Nice to also have access to anll Pueblo sister resorts, all by a free shuttle. It’s the food at Pacifica that put them in a high end category, we were not disappointed in any meal! From the fancy baha cuisine to the sushi at the asian fusion restaurant, and even the pool side snacks were great! Everyone was terrific!! We loved the pool server named Erick, he was fast and attentive and suggested many good drinks to try! You must try the Pacific Lab Airstream!!! The drink scientist was amazing, and the drinks he made were out of this world! Our room was good, clean and plenty of towels and bottle water, the water is potable there though! Every room has an ocean view, although begin the Pacific Ocean, you were not allowed to swim but we certainly took many beach side walks.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a beautifully designed resort with a very zen vibe. Landscaping is impeccably cared for and 99% of the staff is friendly and very hard working. The restaurant served beautfully plated, delicious dishes. The Espresso Martini and Lemon Drop Martini at the sushi restaurant hit GREAT and the corn cake dessert at their other restaurant was AMAZING (will attach pics) With all that said, here is my experience and why it did not receive 5 stars: We booked a M-F stay. We pre-arranged travel thru the resort, $30 p/person ea way. Beware of all the timewasters outside baggage claim! Shuttle finally arrives. Pacifica is the last stop, but its nice because it helps you judge distance from the sister resorts should you choose to visit one. Check-in was smooth and shoutout to Alvaro, who was splendid. Before you can go to your room they tell us to sit at a desk, then AGAIN they try to sign you up for a timeshare presentation. We had already spent about 30-45 min waiting at the airport, 45-60 min shuttle, another 15min checking in... we just wanted to get to our room and enjoy whay was left of our day!

Overall, it's a great adults only option, very secluded and relaxing. We had plumbing issues, with toilet and sink, our friend had a plumbing issue with her shower. Not a lot of food options with this site, but loved getting out to Sunset and Rose, definitely worth it. Airport transportation had a lot of limitations for the evening flight, same with all-inclusive extension- cut off early, no wifi, expensive taxi to airport- if you can, pick early flight.

We loved our stay at Pueblo bonito Pacifica. All the of the staff were so nice and genuine . We felt like they really took care of us. All of the food was fantastic. The hotel was so peaceful and quiet. Getting access to the other sister resorts was a nice touch. The views were amazing! We plan to come back year after year.

Peaceful resort. Nice room and wonderful view. The gym was clean and well stocked with various machines and free weights. Didn’t love that at night the restaurants all seem to turn into charged dinners. It also seems that the resort doesn’t actually pay attention to their menu ( I ordered a salad for lunch that was supposed to come with greens, apples, pears, blue cheese and croutons and got greens, goat cheese and chips- and that was just one meal, it happened every meal and became a joke as to what would actually arrive from the menu). It was also hard to find chaise lounges around the pool. The resort asks you to not reserve them but of course people do anyway. And if you aren’t around the pool the server staff don’t come by much if at all to see if you want drinks, food, etc. That said they had a lot of unique touches like Terry cloth covers on the chaise lounges and they pre set out towels on each one. You don’t have to deal with checking out a towel, if you need a new one just grab it. The pools were the largest I’ve ever seen at an all inclusive and were just fantastic. Whale watching was great as was walking the beach and watching the crazy swells and breakers.
