We had an amazing stay at this resort in Cabo! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The property itself is stunning and truly made our trip relaxing and memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had several issues with our bracelets (whcih you also use as room keys) not working. We had to go back to the front desk multiple times to try to fix the issues. Perhaps we were jus unlucky- but it seems like the staff could not fix the problem even after several attempts.

The staff were nice and friendly. However, there were insects on the balcony, which made it unusable in the evening. We also saw many cockroaches while walking around the property and even in open-air restaurants like Tazuni, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, we spent a lot of time waiting for golf carts to get around the resort. Food service by the pool was extremely slow, taking at least an hour to be delivered, although the drinks were fine. We visited during the off-season, which makes me wonder how the resort manages crowds during the busy months.

The resort is gorgeous. The grounds are pretty well kept, the pools are pristine (albeit a bit cold), and the views are immaculate. The food seems to be a bit of a downturn from when we last stayed, so hopefully there will be some improvement there. Service was alright for the most part -- hard to get service at pools, but good at restaursnts, etc...
